1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

3. Shipping Time & Methods

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–10 business days
  • All items ship from our U.S.-based warehouses
  • Carriers: FedEx (Ship from the nearest warehouse)

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
You can also track your order at any time on our website via the “Track My Order” page.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@cyclysio.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Note: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Split Shipments

Depending on availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking updates for each part of the order.

8. Peak Season Notice

During peak shopping seasons—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday period from November to December—processing and delivery times may be extended by 3–5 business days due to high order volumes and carrier delays.
We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
