Return & Exchange

At Cyclysio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • Include all parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories
  • Be free of damage caused by improper use or assembly

Note: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@cyclysio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if there is damage or defect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • In some cases, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or part? We offer exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.
Please contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process. In-stock replacements will be shipped once we receive the returned item.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

  1. Photos of the issue
  2. Order number
  3. Details of the missing/damaged components

We’ll send replacements or arrange a resolution at no extra cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Assembled or used products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale/clearance products
